Albert Teng
Director, Arcade Market Development, Intel Corporation

Albert Teng is a director in Intel's Content Group. As director of Arcade market development at Intel Corporation, he is responsible for spearheading Intel's efforts to make the high-end PC to be the platform of choice in the arcade and other emerging markets. During his 14 years at Intel, He has been responsible directing several breakthrough projects in technology and market developments. Teng designed the first software security system at Intel in 1985. Intel has awarded Albert four Intel Achievement Awards for advancing Intel486 generation software architecture, for establishing the standard of DOS Protected Mode Interface, for founding Intel's first PRC company, and for establishing Open Arcade Architecture. Prior to joining Intel in 1984, Teng worked as a technical staff member at AT&T Bell Laboratories in the computer networking division. He also was a professor at the Illinois Institute of Technology. Albert received his Ph.D. degree in Computer Science from Ohio State University. He received one software patent and was the author of a computer science textbook.

Mark Struhs
President, Dynamo Interactive

Mark Struhs is president of Dynamo Interactive, a division of Dynamo Ltd. The Fort Worth, Texas based company is celebrating its 25th year as a diversified manufacturer in the coin-operated amusement industry. Mark joined Dynamo in 1980 and served as vice president of sales and marketing until 1997, when he took on the new responsibility as president of Dynamo Interactive. Dynamo Interactive will focus on high-tech opportunities within the coin-op amusement industry, where dynamic growth potential is predicted. The product categories include automated teller machines (ATMs), video lottery terminals, Internet access kiosks and PC-based video games. Dynamo Interactive will leverage on 25 years of experience within the amusement game industry, along with an extensive distribution network in the U.S. and over 40 foreign countries. Mark is a member of the board of directors for the American Amusement Machine Association (AAMA), a member and former chairman of the Lone Star District Export Council, and is currently U.S. Working Chair for Small to Medium Enterprises (SMEs) for the Transatlantic Business Dialogue. Mark was the Small Business Administration (SBA) Regional Exporter of the Year in 1996. Under Mark's direction, Dynamo Ltd. was awarded the President's "E" Award for excellence in exporting in 1994 by the U.S. Department of Commerce.

Amir Rubin
CoinSoft
Amir Rubin has been a director and chief executive officer of Interactive Light since its inception in 1989. From 1986 to 1988, Mr. Rubin was COO of Kidfest International, Inc. He supervised the start-up of that organization, a publisher of children's cassettes and books marketed through mass merchandisers such as Toys R Us, Target, etc. From 1983 to 1986, Mr. Rubin attended University of Tel Aviv and simultaneously was marketing manager of Isradisc, an Israeli company also engaged in the sale of children's cassettes and books.

John Fowler
Location Based Entertainment Systems

John Fowler, President of Location Based Entertainment Systems, L.L.C. (LBE Systems(tm)) is a fourteen year veteran of the entertainment software industry. John has held positions in sales and marketing for the consumer divisions of several leading arcade companies such as, Atari Games and Midway. His responsibilities have included working closely with the arcade groups to coordinate marketing efforts of consumer products as they have moved from the arcades to retail shelves. John's consumer marketing experience, launching major arcade titles into the consumer market has given him a unique perspective of the arcade market place, product development and the concerns of operator and distributors. In 1997 he teamed up with David Foley to form LBE Systems to capitalize on that experience. Together they have created an innovative multi player arcade networking product called SparkyNET OS (tm). In additions to his duties as president of LBE Systems he is a Lecturer in the School of Management at The University of Texas at Dallas. John holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Manhattanville College and a Master in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Dallas.

Leon Deith
Opus Entertainment

Leon Deith has worked in the coin-op industry since the age of 10 during such times as school holidays. In the spares department of what was in those days Ruffler and Deith, Leon left school in 1981 and apart from three years of world travel and three years in Life Assurance has always been in the Industry, running depots in the Midlands and the North of England. His export sales started in 1986 and was instrumental in developing the Eastern European group of Deith companies as Export Manager for them. In 1996 Leon joined Acclaim to set up the distribution in the Pan European areas and this lead to the responsibility for all global markets. Opus Entertainment was formed to carry on with all of the progress made with Arcade PC, and for the fact that we firmly believe that Arcade PC will play a major role in bringing in new creative talent and therefore new and innovative games for our industry.
